On December 3, 2009, we hosted a two-hour early evening cocktail reception to announce the most recent addition of new faculty members to the La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology. President and Scientific Director Mitch Kronenberg, Ph.D. introduced the new faculty followed by remarks by Robert C. Dynes, Ph.D. and a brief faculty presentation from Joel Linden, Ph.D. This invitation-only event was held in the La Jolla Institute atrium. We hosted approximately 100 guests including: The Institute's board of directors, business and academic leaders.
