Pam Fettu serves as Sr. Director, Human Resources at LIAI, and is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources Department.
As a seasoned HR executive, Pam has more than 18 years experience leading the HR function at a variety of organizations. Before joining LIAI in 2011, she served as HR Director for Escalate, Inc., a software solutions company for retailers, headquartered in San Diego. During her 13 years at Escalate, she directed all aspects of Human Resources for 300+ employees across five locations in the United States and Europe. As a key member of the executive management team, she directed and aided organizational realignment to meet changing economic conditions, while continually staying focused on retaining employees and increasing employee morale. A proponent of employee health, Pam also implemented a comprehensive corporate wellness program, which brought her recognition as leading "One of the Healthiest Companies in San Diego."
Pam holds an M.S. in Human Resources and B.S. in Health Sciences from Chapman University, and has received the professional designations of SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
