As Director of Facilities and Operations, John Keegan directs several LIAI departments including Purchasing/Receiving, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities, and Front Desk Reception. Keegan and his team are also primarily responsible for operating and maintaining the Institute's new 146,000 square foot research facility.

Before joining LIAI in 2005, Keegan served as Chief Operating Officer for King Buck Technology, a manufacturing and engineering consulting firm. He holds a BEE Degree (Bachelors in Electrical Engineering) from Catholic University in Washington D.C.

Dr. Kimishige Ishizaka served in the dual role of President and Scientific Director of LIAI until his retirement in 1996. He is currently President Emeritus of LIAI and also on the LIAI Board of Directors as a Director Emeritus.
