Aaron Ling joined LIAI in 2012 and works closely with the CFO and other Senior Directors in managing the financial planning and reporting activities for the Institute. Until 2011, Mr. Ling performed similar duties at Science Applications International Corporation. Previously, he has held finance positions with Synopsys and Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking division. Mr. Ling holds a MBA degree from the University of San Diego and received his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

Dr. Kimishige Ishizaka served in the dual role of President and Scientific Director of LIAI until his retirement in 1996. He is currently President Emeritus of LIAI and also on the LIAI Board of Directors as a Director Emeritus.
