Sue Son serves as the Human Resources Manager for the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and acts as the responsible officer for the International Office at LIAI. She brings her generalist background to the areas of employee relations, visa administration, compensation, recruiting and benefits.
Before joining LIAI in 2002, Sue worked in Human Resources at local biotechnology and internet companies and received her BA degree in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. Sue is also an acting member of the SHRM, BEDC, and PIER organizations.
