The mission of the Intellectual Property Office of the La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology is to harness intellectual property from research discoveries and to strategically position these technologies for commercial development.
In furtherance of the Institute’s mission to turn knowledge gained from discoveries into prevention, treatment, and cure for human immune disorders, our office is dedicated to facilitating the advancement of scientific discoveries for the benefit of humankind. We work closely with members of our faculty to build intellectual property value from their research and transfer discoveries to the industry.
